Waiver

Waiver and Release of Liability I, the undersigned, as the participant, hereby give my full consent and approval for myself to participate in the Bollywood dance classes and activities conducted by Rani Dance Co. Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that participation in dance activities involves physical exertion and carries with it the potential for injury, which may be minor or serious. I acknowledge that participating in these activities voluntarily and that I have been informed of the potential risks involved. Medical Consent: In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Rani Dance Co. and its representatives to obtain necessary medical treatment for myself. I understand that I will be notified as soon as possible in the event of an emergency. Non-Refundable Policy: Rani Dance values the commitment and dedication of our students and their families. To ensure the continuity and quality of our classes, we have established the following refund policy: No Refunds for Mid-Session Withdrawals: If a student decides to withdraw from the class during the middle of a session, no refunds will be provided for the remaining classes within that session. This policy is in place regardless of the reason for withdrawal. Session Definition: A session is defined as the complete set of classes for which the person is registered, typically spanning a specified number of weeks or months as outlined in the class schedule. Release of Liability: In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the dance classes and activities, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Rani Dance Co., its owners, directors, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained by myself or in connection with participation in the dance classes and activities, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rani Dance Co, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my participation in the dance classes and activities. Photographic and Media Consent: I hereby grant Rani Dance Co. permission to use photographs and videos of me taken during classes and activities for promotional purposes, including on the school's website, social media, and other marketing materials.
